Legacy Dance Company is committed to training not only the next generation of dancers, but the next generation of teachers.

Dancers 7th grade and higher are able to apply each Spring for the Intern Program. This program helps these dancers take the next step in their dance career by providing valuable training, mentorship, and experience.

Our interns assist our teachers in weekly classes and attend all staff meetings and studio events. For many, this is their first "job" and their first opportunity to learn great responsibility.

Our most promising interns can even be presented the opportunity for a Junior Instructor position, allowing them to teach their own classes (when they are old enough to be employed).
